The History
Ampa Tower is built on the site of the old ““Mirtsaf”” concrete factory – one of Herzliya Pituach’s first industrial buildings. Mirzaf later transformed into the Corex office building, a familiar landmark in Herzliya Pituach for many years. This structure, part of the area’s early days, symbolizes the transition from heavy industry to advanced, inspiring urbanism. From industrial past to a smart, green, and beautifully designed future.
